To realise its mission, EWB is organize around 4 bodies:

General Assembly

The General Assembly (GA) is the supreme body of Engineers Without Borders. The General Assembly consists of all members who are currently up to date on their obligations to the organization. The General Assembly convenes once every two years for an ordinary session.

Management Council

The Management Council (MC) is an advisory body whose role is to guide the missions of the association in accordance with predefined objectives that it submits to the AG for assessment. It assesses the activities of Engineers Without Borders and endorses the executive board members elected by the GA. It is composed of 6 members nominated by the GA.

Executive Branch

The Executive Branch (EB) is the executive body of Engineers Without Border. The Executive Branch makes operational decisions and reports to other bodies of the association. The Executive Branch is composed of six (6) members, is elected for a term of two years, which is renewable once.

Technical Committees

Technical Committees (TC) are committees that are decentralized from Engineers Without Borders. These committees are formed in priority areas defined by the General Assembly (GA) in accordance with the socio-economic situation in Cameroon. These groups are very efficient and have influence within Engineers Without Borders. Depending on expertise, each active member is a de factor member of a Technical Committee (TC). The Technical Committee is designated by the Executive Branch.
